This is a beautiful villa built in 2002. It is set 45 mins from Malaga, in the small urbanisation of Cortijo Romero, which is 5 mins from the beautiful Lake Vinuela and just over 1 hours drive from the beautiful city of Granada.

We stay at the villa ourselves as much as we can, so we are making it comfortable for our own use. There is a comprehensive inventory, so you really do not need to bring very much with you.

There is a lovely garden with open terrace. We are currently stocking the garden with colourful flowers and plants, and it looks very pleasant, but is a long-term project. There is ample garden furniture for the outside terrace. The barbeque is complete with dining table, 4 chairs and has outside lighting. Whilst relaxing by the pool one can appreciate the breathtaking mountain views.

The swimming pool is aprox 5 x 3 metres, with the shallow end being 1.25 metres deep and the deep end being 1.75 metres. The swimming pool terrace has 4 sun loungers and a secluded sitting area for small table and chairs.The villa is secure and the entire plot is surrounded by a 1.5 metre fence, with lockable gates.
